Hey Lovelies!!!
There are many things going on throughout the year to educate and raise awareness about breast cancer. Philadelphia held a Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in May and will hold a 3-day walk on October 5th-7th. However, October is designated as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and there are some cool things going on in the blogosphere, where you can get involved and show your support.I posted last week about the Beauty By Krystal Cosmetics Donation Bin for Breast Cancer. She will be collecting donations up until the holidays. Check her out if you can!
April, at Glitter Gloss Garbage is hosting 30 Days of Pink for the Cure challenge. Each day you can post a link of yourself wearing pink. It can be anything, makeup, clothing, or polish. You can post whenever you can, it doesn't have to be daily. I'll be participating in this throughout the month. If you'd like to participate click on the picture below. Hope to you see ya!!!
For more information on breast cancer or to find a race in you area please visit Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
Here's my mani for today! I used Go Go Pink by China Glaze. This color is apart of the Susan G. Koman breast cancer awareness set, along with Seche Vite, that was sold at Sally's. I got these two for about $6. I applied three coats of it as the base. It's a very pretty light pink, its just needed three coats to be even. The black is Sinful Colors Secret Admirer. The hot pink is the pink I got by Cynthia Rowley from Marshall's.
Looks really good! xoxo.

ReplyDeleteone of the best way to celebrate breast cancer awareness month and i suppose these colors would not only represent patients, alternative breast cancer treatments, and other persons involve but its a celebration of life.
